Cancellation policy

1. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel a subscription at any time before your next billing date.

To cancel, you can:

  • Use the customer portal link in your subscription email, or

  • Contact us at [your email]

Cancellations apply to future orders only.
Any orders that have already been billed or processed cannot be canceled and will ship as scheduled.

2. SKIPPING OR PAUSING A DELIVERY

You may skip or pause an upcoming subscription renewal before it is charged by logging into your customer account or emailing us.

Skipped or paused orders do not trigger a charge.

3. PREORDERS

Preorders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After 24 hours, materials may already be ordered or production may have begun. In those cases, cancellations may be refused or refunded as store credit at our discretion.

4. MYSTERY BOXES / LIMITED RELEASES

All mystery boxes, seasonal boxes, ritual kits, and limited-release items are final sale once purchased.

These items cannot be canceled after the order is placed due to the custom, curated nature of the items.

5. FAILED PAYMENTS

If a subscription payment fails, Shopify will automatically retry the payment.
If the payment continues to fail, your subscription may be paused or canceled.
You can update your payment method anytime through your customer portal.

6. AUTO-RENEWAL TERMS

All subscriptions auto-renew according to the schedule you selected at checkout.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

Renewals may include:

  • Monthly boxes

  • Ritual kits

  • Herb replenishment

  • Crystal or altar item subscriptions

  • Any item marked as a recurring purchase

Your card will be charged automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

7. CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER IN PROCESS

Orders that have already been:

  • processed

  • packed

  • shipped

  • handed off to the carrier

cannot be canceled or refunded.

Please contact us as soon as possible if something was ordered by mistake.
