🌍 International Shipping

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties imposed by their country.
  • We cannot control international shipping delays due to customs processing.

🔮 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Once a package is shipped, it is out of our control. If your package is lost or delayed, please check with the carrier first.
  • If an item is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend checking with your local post office or neighbors before reaching out.

📦 Damaged Items & Shipping Issues
