📦 Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:

• Custom-made or personalized items
• Digital downloads

💰 Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

🔄 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund.
